Privacy
Privacy for commercial inquiries and site analytics.
This page covers the first website release and should be reviewed with counsel before production launch.
Information collected
The contact form may collect name, company, role, email, use case, interest categories, message content, and optional GitHub or LinkedIn profile links.
How information is used
Inquiry details are used to respond to commercial demo requests, licensing conversations, benchmark reviews, support discussions, OEM conversations, and related StreamKernel business communications.
Analytics
The site can load Plausible when configured and can push CTA, GitHub, benchmark page, and form events to a configured analytics data layer. Analytics scripts and event pushes are held until a visitor accepts optional analytics in the cookie prompt.
Optional analytics events are limited to high-level website signals such as GitHub, contact, demo, form start, form submit, PDF download, commercial/pricing, developer documentation, and selected use-case interest clicks. These events use page path, link label, and event name rather than advertising identifiers.
Cookies and consent
The site uses a first-party sk_cookie_consent cookie for up to 180 days to
remember whether a visitor selected necessary-only cookies or optional analytics. The site
does not use advertising, retargeting, or third-party personalization cookies in this
website codebase. Cookie settings can be reopened from the footer.
Data routing
Contact submissions may be routed through a configured form, CRM, or serverless endpoint. Production deployment should confirm retention, access, deletion, and processor terms for the chosen provider.
